Late getting my inspection sticker... driving by while running errands and I thought I'd give VIP a try. No Appointment - No Expectations. Scott (mgr) was quick to greet and friendly. Tyrell (I think) was quick to agree to getting the job done. 45 mins from walk in to walk out... exceeded expectations. I am very grateful

A little while ago, I got a nail in my tire on a Sunday, right before heading out on vacation. I called VIP, and they let me tow my car to their lot. The reps walked through my options and the pros and cons of each and helped me make a good decision for a replacement that I felt comfortable with. They ordered a new tire and replaced it while I was on vacation and looked over my car while I was gone. I was in need of an oil change and decided to come back based on my experience with the tire. I was helped by Cab, the service manager, and he was friendly and helpful. All went well for a fair price. I’d come back here again.

I would leave 0 stars if I was allowed. This location has messed up so many things on my work order. I scheduled an appointment two weeks in advance to replace a tire under an insurance claim. The shop failed to communicate with my insurance and failed to order the tire, delaying my service by a week. Due to these initial failures, the District Manager agreed to comp my oil change, state inspection, and balance/rotation. However, during the completed service, the shop was explicitly instructed to return my existing Falken tire (which had only 5,000 miles of wear) so I could keep it as a spare. Instead, the shop kept my high-value Falken tire and placed a bald, 60,000+ mile Toyo tire belonging to another customer into my trunk. I have provided the store manager with proof of purchase for my Falken tire. The manager searched the shop, confirmed my tire was missing/gone, and admitted they do not sell used tires, meaning my property was discarded or taken by staff. Furthermore, the shop demonstrated severe negligence regarding safety: they returned my vehicle with wildly mismatched tire pressures ranging from 39 to 45 PSI, ignoring the vehicle's door placard specification of 33 PSI.

I had a great experience at VIP Tires & Service. Getting a nail in my tire on a Monday morning right after a holiday was definitely not fun, and I was feeling pretty stressed trying to find a place that could take me in before work. From the moment I arrived, the customer service was excellent. Thomas was especially kind, honest, and helpful, he really made the whole experience feel easy and reassuring. It had that genuine, small-town business feel where you know you’re being taken care of. Everything was handled smoothly, and I left feeling relieved and well taken care of. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone in need of reliable and friendly service!

I stopped in for an oil change and inspection, and I could not have asked for better service. Tim, the gentleman who helped me, was knowledgeable, efficient, and very kind. He took the time to make sure everything was handled thoroughly and explained what he was doing in a way that made me feel confident about the care my car was getting. It is rare these days to find someone who takes such pride in their work, and Tim truly went above and beyond. Quick service, fair pricing, and a genuine sense of professionalism and they offer discounts to veterans. I will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!
